How are shifts selected or assigned?
Each employee is given the opportunity to select his or her shift as a matter of priority depending upon length of service. Percepta typically offers a shift selection process every three months dependent upon workload volume and changing needs. During a new program and in times of unpredictable workload, shift selections may occur more frequently to better align our workforce.
