How are shares from the stock split credited to my brokerage account?

0

A. If you also have shares of CSX common stock in a brokerage account, the shares from the stock split will be transmitted to your broker automatically with no action required on your part. The number of shares sent to your broker will be equivalent to the number of shares held in your brokerage account on the record date. Please contact your broker directly for an account statement reflecting the additional shares credited to your account as a result of the stock split. Please note that the DRTA will only reflect shares held in your registered shareholder account held at the Bank of New York.
