The CDE uses several approaches to notifying school personnel about the AP Test Fees Reimbursement program: • Each fiscal year, CDE mails a letter in the fall to all Superintendents, Principals, and AP/GATE Coordinators that explains the AP/IB Test Fee Reimbursement program and how schools can participate. Attachments that show how to determine income eligibility, the fee distribution, a sample student eligibility form, and flyers about AP Audit and AP Fee Information Sessions are included. CDE also emails this information to the same group; • School personnel may download and print the forms from the CDE web page.
