How are scenes captured in the Territorial Conquest arenas?
Attack a scene using guns, bombs, and/or rockets to damage it to a point above the damage threshold specified for the room (usually 50%). This will spawn tanks to initiate an attack, if any are available. Then destroy any defensive tanks that appear while protecting your own tanks as they travel to the scene. Once they reach the scene, they will attack it until it is damaged beyond the capture threshold at which point it is captured for your team.
