How are RRSA participants results communicated to others (e.g., instructors or librarians)?
RRSA reports are available online to our partners. A separate report is generated for each group that is identified with a unique enrollment key. A Completion Report shows names and email addresses of individual students who took RRSA, date and time of RRSA submission, and time taken to complete the assessment. A Performance Report summarizes RRSA performance by group (for confidentiality reasons, this report is not generated when there are less than 5 participants). A Placement Report contains the same information as the Completion Report but separates RRSA participants into 2 groups, strong and weak performers. It can be used, for example, to make decisions about placing students into library instruction classes. The cutoff score for separating weak and strong performers is based on the overall RRSA score (all right/wrong questions). It can be set at different levels.
