How are royalties handled?
To use a song or piece of music on CD, permission is required from the owner of the recording. Moreover, the rights of the owner have to be licensed. The owner will in turn compensate the artist(s). Impuls International always secures clearance of the rights of the repertoire, and sees to it that the rights are paid to the rightful owner of the music. Impuls International is a member of IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) and guarantees the legality of every CD that is produced under its name.
