How are rotational restrictions handled in ADVISOR?

0

A. Rotational restrictions are handled by summing the amount of all active ingredients in each treatment and comparing them to label restrictions. These restrictions are based on maximum allowable amounts of active ingredients that will not injure next year’s crop. Restrictions are also based on University data and experience. Any treatment excluded by label or our data is excluded from the decision making process. In most cases, ADVISOR assumes a 12 month period between crops when determining any rotational restrictions. There are selections available for “Wheat – This Year” and “Soybeans – This Year”, which are used if these crops are to be planted within the same cropping season as the current crop.
