How are rooms and bathrooms cleaned?
In halls with community bathrooms (Calhoun, Dabney, Daniels, and Siddall), the community bathrooms are cleaned by our custodial staff once per day on school days (usually in the overnight hours). On weekends and holidays, the restrooms are re-stocked with soap, paper towels and tissue, and any large messes are cleaned up. In halls where bathrooms are contained in suites (Campus Rec, Turner, and Schneider), the bathroom is cleaned and re-stocked with tissue weekly on a pre-determined day. Residents of the suites are responsible to remove all personal items from the bathroom in advance. Declining bathroom cleaning service is not an option.
