How are Rock Island Residents Involved?
In 2004, the City of Rock Island adopted a revised Citizen Participation Plan. The Plan describes the process for involving Rock Island citizens and other interested parties in the CDBG planning and allocation process. Part of the allocation process involves a series of meetings conducted by the CAC. Meetings tentatively scheduled for the 2010-2011 allocation process are identified below.
