How are “Revenue Share” and “Usage Fee” calculated?

0

“Revenue Share” means the percentage amount deducted by Intuit from the gross monthly License Fees charged to Licensees (End-Users) for the use of an application. “Usage Fee” is a calculation based on the amount of time (in whole hours) a Licensee (End-User) spends using a Developer Application multiplied the amount of data (in megabytes) the subscriber stores in the Application. For example if a Licensee stores 5 megabytes (Mb) of data in an Application and uses that application for 10 hours (Hr) in one month, the Usage Fee for that Licensee is 50 megabyte hours (MbHr). MbHr Definition: • The MbHr meter measures fees for each customer of each application • The MbHr meter starts when any user for a particular customer starts using the application (i.e. when the app is loaded into memory) • The MbHr meter continues to run as long as any user from that customer is making requests to the application • The MbHr meter is stopped when requests to the application from users from that customer
