Materials shipped as ordered may be returned within 30 days ONLY with Davison Winery Supplies Authorization. You must contact Davison Winery Supplies to obtain a return authorization number before returning the product.

For Basic Fulfilment, all returns and customer service are handled by the merchant. Amazon.co.uk will provide tracking numbers for the shipment and direct buyers back to the merchant if necessary.

Each merchant location has its own return policies and will handle the returns in the same manner as any other Visa® debit purchase.

Returns must be arranged by phone with a member of our Customer Service Team. A Return Authorization number will be issued and your purchase credited upon arrival to our facility. Product returned without a “RA” number will not be credited. A restock fee may apply.
