How are resumes stored in Ventive?
Ventive uses a unique parsing utility for scanning resume documents, filtering and storing relevant data elements in a structured format, and integrating all resumes in a single centralized repository. Ventive has the capability of storing resumes, received in any format (HTML, .rtf, .doc.) and presenting the same in a standard format as per organization requirements.
