How are residents involved in planning activities at Baywood?
Volunteer spirit is at the heart of what makes Baywood a special place. Bringing their many talents to Baywood, more than 85% of our residents volunteer in one way or another, working on more than 100 volunteer efforts. Baywood staff honor and value the broad interests, talents and wisdom residents bring to our community. At Baywood, residents work closely with experienced and credentialed staff in defining and adding services, to create a unique community that’s all their own.
