How are Replacement Plan and Service Plan different?
Replacement Plan It is a plan that covers normal wear and tear, surge protection (available from day 1), internal heat, dust and humidity. The replacement plan coverage starts after the manufacturer labor warranty expires. We will reimburse you for the replacement of the product with a check, voucher or shopping card at our discretion, for the original purchase price of your product, including taxes, as indicated on your receipt which are not covered under any insurance policy, or any other warranty or replacement plan. Under the terms of a Replacement Plan, you will be required to return the product and everything that came with the product in order to be eligible for a gift card. The gift card amount includes the total product price plus tax and will be activated or mailed if lost to you once you drop off the product at a UPS location. .
