How are repairs, service and/or warranty issues handled?
For residential units under active warranty, the certified EV-Charge America service company in your area will come to the installed site and replace any covered, defective unit within 24 hours of detection. Units outside their warranty period may be repaired or replaced at the customers expense. Any units under warranty that appear to be physically damaged might result in charges to customer and/or insurance claims. Please refer to our web site for our specific return policy.
