How are Repairs handled?
Information Technology staff provide support through the Technology Support Center. In addition, a two-year warranty program is in place which covers most problems. There is a “loaner” pool so that faculty and students have access to a laptop should their machines need to be worked on. Problems or damage related to misuse or negligence are the responsibility of the individual. There are also theft and damage insurance programs for laptops provided to students and for the college laptops used by faculty.
