How are repairs and maintenance requests handled?
The tenant can submit a repair request any time they have a problem the landlord is responsible for fixing. We will first inform you of the problem and the cost required by the vendors to fix the problem. Upon your confirmation, we will direct our own teams or our vendors to fix the problem and reflect you the charges with no mark-ups. Only emergency repairs that we deem necessary to protect the property or the health or safety of tenants can be made without waiting for approval. We employ long-term relationships with our vendors that allow us to make repairs at the lowest possible costs in the market. We make every effort to ensure that small problems do not turn into major repairs.
