How are reference letters electronically submitted?
Each of your references must submit a letter on your behalf through eRA Commons, as outlined in the Program Announcement. Additional information can also be found at: http://era.nih.gov/ElectronicReceipt/faq_submission.htm#ref. Letters can be submitted in advance of the application deadline and must be received no later than 5 business days after the submission deadline.
