Receiving district students will be entered into CATE by “sending” the student from the respective high school to the regional career and technical education center through the use of appropriate district codes. An AV-1 report will not be generated for receiving district students as they are not eligible for reimbursement of career and technical education tuition and transportation costs. • Example: Keene High Schools students who attend The Cheshire Career Center will be entered as coming from ID #21195 (Keene High School) and attending ID #28305 (The Cheshire Career Center).
