How are rankings in the FREE SPIRIT program determined?
Unlike most other frequent flyer programs, all of the miles posted to your FREE SPIRIT account from flown miles, bonus miles, credit card miles, and partner miles that have been earned in the preceding 6 months will count towards your status. Remember that it can take up to 10 days for miles from travel on Spirit Airlines to be posted to your account and up to 8 weeks for miles posted from other program sources. Your FREE SPIRIT Rank is based on the total number of all miles earned during the preceding 6 months. All miles earned through flying, bonus miles, credit card miles, and partner awarded miles will be totaled. The FREE SPIRIT member with the highest number of miles earned will be ranked #1, and the next #2 and so on. At the end of the membership year on October 31, 2008, the total number of miles posted to your FREE SPIRIT account from flown miles, bonus miles, credit card miles, and partner miles in the entire year will determine the final Celebrities of the Year and the #1 me
