How are radio waves used in microwaves?

0

The radio waves(this is what i think) are so intense that is cooks the food/whatever’s in it.that’s why you NEVER put metal in the microwave or it will break. This would happen because the metal reflects the waves back to the microwave, the waves are so intense that the microwave gets broken.
