How are race numbers allocated?

As many people have been racing a long time and hold the same number over the years, its it may be difficult to get any number, particularly if you are new to Historic Racing. MV has delegated somebody to manage a list, which is not a registration list, but most clubs recognise it. You will be advise who to call when your license is issued or renewed. difficult to get your desired number. Our secretary holds a list of numbers and can allocate new numbers.
