How are quality issues such as replacement parts etc. handled by National Vinyl?

Two wood replacement deck boards were a mess and the last deck I installed was a wood look alike product and the nails and screws I used are still coming up. It’s so slippery I almost kill myself just walking on it early in the morning, in the evening or after we have a rain shower.
