How are public notices distributed?
Publication Notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City at least ten days before the date of the hearing or action. Mailing Notice shall be mailed at least ten days before the date of the hearing or action. Notice shall be mailed to: • Owners of the project site. • Local agencies. • All property owners within a radius of 600 feet from exterior boundaries of the project site. • Any person who has filed a written request for the notice.
