Proposed CIP projects are identified through a variety of capital processes including master plans, citizen requests, safety needs, planned repair and maintenance schedules, public discussions and grant funding processes. Initial priorities are centered around foreseen health, safety and welfare issues resulting from damaged or deteriorated water, sewer or stormwater infrastructure.
