How are program cancellations communicated?
If a program is cancelled more than one hour in advance of start time, an email will be sent to all registered players. A recorded message with program status is also available on the office line 908-766-4664. Sometimes the decision on whether a program can be held must be made on the field. If there is not a cancellation message on the office line, we are planning on holding the program. Report to the field for further information.
