How are program attrition (drop out) and graduation rates measured?

In the Program Report, if a participant is enrolled in a class and team, and then that user is disabled before the program (YLA product license) end date, and remains disabled at the time this report is run, then this user will be considered to have dropped out of the program for reporting purposes. All participants whose user accounts are still active at the time of the program end date are counted as having completed the program successfully.
