How are products from The Oliver Ranch Company packaged?
Our products have been individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to lock in quality, freshness, and flavor and their peaks. Upon confirmation of your order, our fulfillment team will hand-pack your selection into decorated boxes and place them into a reusable foam insulated container. They will then add gel packs and/or dry ice as appropriate to ensure that your order will arrive frozen and in great condition. Finally, per UPS regulations, the fulfillment team will place the insulating container into a corrugated shipping box, affix the packing label, and send it on its way! All products are perishable so please take care to place them in the freezer immediately upon receipt. If you plan to cook the beef in the next 2-3 days, you may also place the meat in the refrigerator to thaw. Be sure to re-use the insulated containers. They are great for tailgate parties, the beach, picnics, storage, or other activities at home or away when you want to keep products cold or frozen.
