How are products applied?
A. All are sprayed on. Q. Will this get on my windows/skylights? A. No. All windows/skylights etc are covered with blue self adhesive plastic (low tact) Q. How does the roof product protect my roof? A. It provides a protective barrier by encapsulating the granules making them unable to dislodge thus protecting your roof from replacement. The mold, mildew and fungus will be washed off during rains because it is unable to root itself into the shingles due to the polymer protection. Q. My roof is completely dirty and black maybe I should just get a new roof. A. Although shingle manufacturers have started to add fungicides in the manufactering process it only lasts 2-3 years and then your roof will start this process all over again. Q. When you walk on my Spanish tile roof I am very concerned about tiles breaking. A. All of our men are properly trained on how to walk on tile roofs.
