having children DOES NOT make you a priority, being disabled does. eg 5 points for bedroom lacking 5 points for sharing basic amenity ie Bathroom,kitchen 5 points for damp house if you are homeless then you get 75 points straightaway and are housed in BnB or hostel until a place turns up.
