How are planets checked out from the SDF team?
The LD submits an application to check out a planet in advance. The application must include an outline of the storyline he intends to run, a notation about which city(ies) the characters will visit, and a list of which (if any) major NPCs he wishes to use, and how long the characters will be on the planet. The SDF team reviews the request and checks the planet out to the LD. The LD must submit regular reports regarding activities on the planet, as well as an exit report detailing any changes that future characters visiting the planet would notice. These changes will be collated into the Planet Kit for future LDs to read before arriving at the planet.
