How are Photocopying charges for George Thomas Building managed?
Staff and visitors to the George Thomas building have access to the photocopier machines via pin codes. Readings are taken from the photocopiers monthly and are recharged by staff in the PSG Senior Management Accountant’s office. Recharges are based on the pin codes and number of copies. It should be noted that copies from the photocopier are cheaper than printing multiple copies from local printers by at least 50%. Staff producing multiple copies are therefore advised to print a single copy locally and then take copies on the photocopier, for very large runs, there is a copy room on level 1 of the George Thomas Building, but note that there may be a lead time for copy room work.
