How are Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) assigned?
PINs are sent to authorized users upon receipt of the signed wire authorization form. Authorized users sign the PIN acknowledgment and return the signature portion. Do not return the section containing the PIN. The acknowledgment must be faxed or mailed to Wire Services for activation. PINs are sent out annually, one month prior to expiration. Colorado PINs expire in March, Kansas in June, Nebraska in September and Oklahoma in December.
