How are payments delivered to payees?
Payments are sent electronically whenever possible. If a payee does not accept electronic payments, then a paper check is sent instead. The easiest way to tell if a payment will be send electronically is to use the calendar tool when creating a payment. The claendar will show a lead time of 3 days for all electronic payments and a lead time of 5 days for all paper check payments.
