“JMHA already has a visiting pastor to supervise all mission fields every month. He reports to JMHA what goes on, the performance of pastor, the church growth, and the difficulties they face. As well as this, JMHA has a monthly meeting for all the pastors and missionaries. Every pastor shares how their ministry is going and submits a written report.
