How are passengers aboard a bareboat charter accounted for?
When chartering a vessel as a bareboat, the U.S. Coast Guard requires a manifest, or list of all passengers with their identification information. When bareboating to the Bahamas, please remember that a passport is needed to both enter into the waters of the Bahamian authorities as well as returning to the United States.
