How are participants using the comparative reports?
Conference calls have been held with several participants to review the comparative reports. The NRCPR data analyst team reviewed report content with participants and described useful applications of each report. The participants then explained how they were using the reports to change processes within their hospitals. For example, the Frequency of Events by Time and Location report helped one participant identify a way to significantly reduce response times by relocating key equipment.
