Please be aware that KU does not post mid-term grades. The only grades available are end of term grades. The easiest way is to ask your student to print a copy of their grades from their Enroll and Pay Account. If your student will not do that for you, you can request final semester grades from the Office of the University Registrar. If the student has completed an Authorization to Release Student Information Form (with the academic record information box checked and if the student has authorized release of this information to his/her parents) then parents may also send a written request including the student’s name, date of birth, KUID number, last four digits of the student’s social security number, the name of the person requesting the grades, the last four digits of the social security number of the person requesting the grades, month and year of birth of the person requesting the grades, the semester for which grades are being requested (ex.
