How are outbound minutes determined?
Total outbound call usage is determined by the length of each call made from your account and all calls forwarded to other numbers from your account during the entire billing cycle typically running from the first through the last day of the month. Call lengths are rounded up to the nearest minute. Thus, if you make a call that last 1 minute and 25 seconds, the call will be recorded as 2 minutes in length.
