How are orders submitted?
Online Submission / (preferred method): Members, and their customers, can shop 24 hours a day, all year long. This method ensures the most accurate & fastest processing of your orders. To receive your member discount, your Member Discount Code MUST be entered at check out. To receive commission, your customer MUST enter your name during the check out process. In the event an order has been placed without a Member Discount Code or Member Name, you have (30) days to notify our Office to correct the order. After (30) days, orders cannot be adjusted. Your Member Information Package contains order forms for you to submit orders via Fax or Mail. Additional orders forms can be downloaded from the Members Only Area of the site. b.
