How are orders shipped?
A. We ship Priority Mail for almost all shipments. For larger orders (usually 10 pounds or more), it’s more economical to ship via UPS.All shipments have tracking numbers, so if you’d like information about the location of your order, please email (jeff@simplyhealthypets.com) for this information.
We select the most economical carrier according to the prevailing rates. UPS charges will be added to your invoice with a small handling fee. Common carrier truck shipments are sent freight collect. UPS orders qualifying for half-freight allowance will show your portion of the freight on your invoice. For common carrier qualifying orders, you must pay the full amount to the trucking company and then submit a copy of the freight bill for credit or reimbursement of half of the freight charges.
