How are orders shipped?
Packages are shipped using UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. All packages shipped via UPS ground please allows 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Orders to addresses outside the continental U.S. are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and may require longer shipping times. Payment for international shipments must be made in U.S. dollars.
We ship U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express to U.S. addresses unless you specify otherwise in a special instruction on the address page. We ship U.S. Postal Service to Europe and other countries. Additional shipping and handling costs may apply if you want faster service or a special service. If you live in Canada, we prefer to use the U.S. postal service so that you can minimize customs fees on incoming packages. Orders weighing more than 150 lbs. will show no shipping charges, and we will call you to arrange shipping. You can also pick up orders at our address, of course. Or we will be glad to bring your order to a show or a steam meet we happen to be going to so you can save on shipping.
