How are orders delivered?
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Australian orders are shipped at the standard rate, all overseas orders are shipped by Air Mail, unless requested. All figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Some are shown in their finished state for purposes of advertising. Our shopping cart calculates postage on a percentage basis and calculates a maximum sum that you can be charged. We actually charge postage to you at what it costs us, so in most cases your charges will be less than those quoted. We e-mail you to acknowledge how much we have deducted from your card and the shipping charge can be worked out by subtracting the cost of the figures from the total sum we acknowledge.
