How are online orders processed?
Online orders are placed in OrderDemon, a secure online processing module that supports both delivery and in-store pick-up. The customer is asked for standard customer information such as name, address, and credit card. Depending on the choices of the store, this module may tie in with Verisigns online credit card processing gateway in real time or during the order review phase. The store staff has an opportunity to review and edit the order, process the credit card, and forward the order to drop shipping or process on site. All orders are archived for 6 months and available to be downloaded to the store for internal accounting purposes.
