How are online and in-store Merchants paid, and MISOs/Agents compensated?
A. The payment transaction is cleared and settled in real-time. The Merchants receive payment immediately. The amount transferred is the transaction price less the merchant discount. The MISOs receives the earned compensation immediately and the Individual agent’s compensation is paid to the agent by the MISO.
