How are officers and Council members chosen?
Each Spring, the Nominating Committee selects a slate of proposed officers and Council members. Consideration is given to demographics, expertise in ADR, and involvement with groups interested in the Section’s work. The slate is voted on by Section members at the annual Section meeting which is conducted at the annual State Bar convention.
