How are offers handled with a Flat Fee MLS listing?
– Offers written by the Buyer’s Agent will be sent to our office. We will place the offer in your RELAY Transaction Site and we will call to notify you immediately. You will be responsible for evaluating the offer and deciding whether to accept, reject of counter. We advise you to seek professional guidance if you do not understand how to proceed. You will communicate directly with the Buyer’s Agent to negotiate the offer and close the transaction. If requested, we can assist with contract and closing for an additional fee at closing.
