How are NSW Property Inquiry searches charged?
Each NSW Property Inquiry request includes 2 fee components, the Council or Authority fee (for example RTA Search) and a CITEC Confirm search delivery fee (Property Inquiry). The CITEC Confirm Fees Page describes the method used to calculate the delivery fee component. The estimated fees for each search are listed under Items Ordered on the Order Confirmation and the CITEC Confirm fees are shown under the Charge Summary at the bottom of the Order Confirmation (Where Urgent searches are requested, a separate fee will be applied to your account once CITEC Confirm has checked with the relevant Council or Authority). Always confirm that you have ordered the correct type of search before submitting your order.
