How are non-alcoholic beverages made to taste like alcoholic beverages?
Well, the truth is, they really don’t taste like alcohol. A virgin daquari, margarita, ertc, just use all the ingeredients, other than the alcohol, and the result isn’t far off from the original (alcoholic) version. The reason most people like drinks like these is due to the fact that you mix all kinds of stuff in with them to make them taste less like the alcohol they contain. As for N/A Beers, I don’t know for certain, but I’m going to assume that it (The Non-alcoholic beeer) goes through the same process, and contains the same ingerdients as, it’s alcohol-containing counterpart, the difference being that the near-beer does ferment long enough for a sustantial amount of alcohol to be produced.
