How are new graduates appointed to vacancies?
Appointments will be made from September 2008 and continue well into 2009. Identified high achieving applicants under the GRP may receive an early offer of appointment to suitable vacancy in line with their location preferences. Alternatively, a group of suitable identified new graduates may be notified of a vacancy and invited to apply. A merit selection is made from these applicants.
